Add OpenPack/AgentWheel metadata for selective OpenClaw plugin installation and guard mention correction against bot/controller-originated ping loops.
Remove the legacy AgentWheel manifest and document OpenPack as the canonical package manifest, including optional OpenClaw plugin selection.
